1. Substrate quality
For most engineering structures, the base material is generally concrete. Because concrete is a heterogeneous material, there may be some deviations in the pouring and vibration of the site, so the strength of the concrete may be low. Some construction units add water to the concrete during pouring to increase its fluidity. The result of this situation is the stratification and segregation of concrete. In addition, cracks in reinforced concrete structures are inevitable under working conditions. Taking this into consideration, the designer will assume that there are cracks in the tensile zone of the reinforced concrete member when designing. When there are cracks, the principle of anchor bolt load-bearing changes significantly, because in fact the edge of the crack no longer bears the original circular tension, and the crack destroys the original bearing system, thereby reducing the bearing capacity of the entire mis-fixed system.
2. The quality of anchor glue
The physical and chemical properties of anchoring glue directly affect the anchoring effect. The widely used anchoring glue in my country is epoxy-based anchoring glue.
