Installation instructions for undercut anchor
1. First use an ordinary impact drill to drill holes according to the specifications and models of the undercut anchor to be installed, and determine the diameter and depth of the hole.
2. Use the reaming drill bit for secondary reaming.
3. Use manual pump or pneumatic pump to clean the hole, and the hole must be cleaned.
4. Before installation, tighten each component. Make sure there is no looseness, and then insert the anchor bolt into the formed hole.
5. Use clamps on the bolts to clamp the bolts to ensure that the screw does not rotate. Use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts.
6. Remove the fixture, loosen the nut, install the connecting piece to be fixed, apply torque with a torque wrench according to the specifications and models of the undercut anchor, and the installation is complete.
