Composition and installation of toggle anchor
The toggling anchor consists of screws + nuts + washers + aircraft heads. Fixed mounting can be done without nuts and washers. Suspension installation requires nuts and washers. Our toggle anchor has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, flexible fixed thickness range, and good durability. It is a special expansion for hollow walls that is relatively recognized abroad.
How to install toggle anchor?
1. Drill a hole of a suitable size.
2. Lay the metal channel flat next to the plastic strap and slide the channel through the hole.
3. Pull toward you with one hand so the metal slot is flush with the back of the wall, while with the other hand slide the plastic cover along the strap until the lip of the cover is flush with the wall.
4. Place your thumb between the plastic straps on the wall. Pushing side to side, snap the strap flush with the wall. 5. Place the clamp on the flange and insert the bolt through the clamp hole into the switcher. Tighten the bolt until it is snug against the clamp.
